Legend has it that a customer from Lillywhites requested a customised Fred Perry polo in their football team's colours. Fred decided to subtly add the team colours to the collar and cuffs. And so, the M12 was born. This new model, the first to feature our distinctive 5-4-4 twin tipping, saw the brand transition from sportswear to streetwear. Featuring Fred's iconic streamlined fit, with lines that are slightly more boxy than the M3600, this model is meticulously crafted, with each polo woven, dyed, cut, embroidered, and finished by hand in Leicester, England. This version offers a striking reinterpretation of the original model, using a palette of white, ice, and maroon tones, inspired by the colours of West Ham United Football Club in the 70s.
