These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of the products offered on iconsheritage.com (hereinafter, "the Website"), owned by FANTASTIC COMPANY BRANDS, S.L., which operates under the Icons Heritage brand.

2. Purpose and acceptance

By placing an order, the user declares that they are of legal age, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and have read and accepted these terms and the Privacy policy.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you complete your purchase. The applicable price will be the one in force at the time of ordering.

4. Purchase process and payment

After confirming the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email that serves as proof of the transaction. Payment is made using the methods enabled on the Website through secure payment gateways.

5. Shipping and delivery times

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. The procedure is described in Shipping and returns.
